Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
(A) By accessing or using our site, you expressly agree that you have read and accept the Elite Academy, or “Company,” terms and conditions (contained on elitebeautyacademy.com) for the use of Company Products and Services (as defined therein)(the “Terms of Use”), the Privacy Policy, and any documents or Company resources they expressly incorporate by reference including this Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (together, the “Terms and Conditions”)’s social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube (collectively, the “Website”), the Elite Academy training programs including, but not limited to, the “2-Day beginners course”, “3-Day beginners course”, “Online courses” and any other training or informational seminars provided by the Company (each, a “Specialist Program,” as defined in the Terms of Use), and any content, functionality, products and services offered on or through the Website or Specialist Program and (in total, as may be amended by the Company, the “Services”), or placing an order for products contained at https://elitebeautyacademy.com/shop/ or as may be provided to you by the Company (in total, as may be amended by the Company, the “Products”). By participating in any Specialist Program, you accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
(B) YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER TRAINEES, YOUR CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS, VENDORS, PARTNERS, AND ANY OTHERS YOU MAY INTERACT WITH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH US, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN A TRAINING PROGRAM OR SPECIALIST PROGRAM, USE OF THE WEBSITE, OR ANY OF THE COMPANY’S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
(C) This “Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions” is intended to supplement the terms and conditions contained on elitebeautyacademy.com and the Privacy Policy, and applies to all attendees of our Specialist Programs.
(D) The invalidity or enforceability of any provision of this Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions shall not have any effect on any other provision herein, or any other provisions contained in the Terms and Conditions, and such unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
(E) Our classes provide a certificate of completion for our skills training. We do not guarantee Job placement to graduates when the program is complete; or that the coursework will transfer to another school, college, or university. The certification for microblading does not give you the license that may be required by your local health code. Health codes, certifications, and legal requirements will vary from country to country. Seeking this additional information is the responsibility of the student. Please check with your local health department offices for up-to-date information.
(F) We strongly recommend to our students to bring their own models to class, as it is very beneficial to the learning process. Not only our students’ friends and family will be able to have the expensive procedure done for free, but this will also allow students to see their work through the healing process, and allow them to provide models with the necessary after care and top ups as needed. If you are traveling from out of province/state, we will be happy to do our best to assist you with finding models for your class, provide you give us at least 2 weeks notice. We will try our best to accommodate our students, we cannot 100% guarantee them and Elite microblading academy is not responsible should the model not show up for class.
Confirmation and Verification of Payment Terms.
(A) Order acceptance. You agree that your order for and participation in this Specialist Program is subject to the payment terms contained in the Terms of Use, and that you have read and agree to such Terms of Use.
(B) Deposits. 250 GBP depositis required to reserve your seat in one of our classes. If the student intends to pay for the class in full before the class start, this deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is refundable if and only if the student applies for our financing plan and is denied due to their credit score or credit history.
(C) Chargebacks. You agree that by participating in this Specialist Program and attending this session, you hereby verify that you validly placed your order for Services and your Specialist Program. We reserve the right to recover funds from you directly for any chargebacks from your credit card company, and to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in the enforcement of the Terms and Conditions, to collect payments validly owed to us, and to dispute your chargeback. We reserve the right to report any chargeback incident to all credit reporting agencies, or to any other collections agencies, which may negatively impact your credit score. We may, at any time during the term of the Specialist Program, ask you to verify your mobile number, email address, provide a date of birth, or upload a photo identification, in our sole discretion. Confidentiality
You must (and hereby agree to) treat all information we provide to you as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your access to and participation in this Training Program and use of our Services is personal to you and you agree not to provide any other person with access to the information we provide you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access use or any other breach of security.)
Intellectual Property Rights.
The Company and its licensor’s are and will remain the sole and exclusive owners of all intellectual property rights in and to all materials and information provided to you during this Specialist Program, and any related specifications, instructions, documentation or other materials, including, but not limited to, all related copyrights, patents, and trademarks. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, download, store or transmit any of the material without our written consent.
Trademarks
The Company name, the term Elite microblading academy, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensor’s. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.
Release of Liability
You agree to waive and release to the fullest extent permitted by applicable state law each of the Company and the venue of this Specialist Program from all liability whatsoever, for any and all claims or causes of action that you, your estate, heirs, executors or assigns may have for personal injury or otherwise, including any direct or consequential damages, which result or arise from your participation or attendance in the Specialist Program, whether caused by the negligence or fault of the Company or its affiliates. You agree to observe and obey all posted written and oral rules and warnings, including on materials provided by the Company. THE COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
After the Specialist Program.
After participating and successfully completing any Specialist Program, you may be eligible to receive a certificate from the Company acknowledging your attendance and participation in the course. If you do not attend or participate in the Specialist Program, you may not receive a certificate, in the Company’s sole discretion.
In order to finish the course and recieve the final certificate you must apply to the Elite microblading academy online course, after compleating the Specialist program. The online course consists of different chapters, levels and some tests. Individual practice is required in order to proceed to the next chapter/ level. If you don’t pass the test of the step you are at, you’re not allowed to read the next chapters. The online course has a time limit of 6 months to complete and get a certificate. After 6 months, the access to online module is closed and you won’t be able to apply for certification.
You agree that during the Specialist program, you will be provided with the fundamental knowledge which you have to improve upon, by practicing on your own and with our online course module.
You agree and understand that in order to keep clients safe, you will not be able to perform microblading treatments immediately after the Specialist Program.
Elite microblading academy is responsible to provide all knowledge from the planned program, however, your achievements during and after Specialist Program or/and Online course depends on your motivation and practice.
Youare solely and fully responsible for all costs and expenses of building your business (or any personal, non-commercial endeavors) after your participation and attendance in this Specialist Program. You agree to indemnify the Company against any and all claims, threats, demands, causes of action, or any other costs or expense levied against the Company related to any lawful or unlawful activity during the term of, and at such venue as, the Specialist Program. The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding any potential income that may result from your participation in the Specialist Program, and specifically disclaims any and all warranties relative to earning potential.
Elite microblading academy online course
After booking onto an online course you will be given access to Elite microblading academy online training module for 6 months. After this period of time your access to online trainings will be closed. By using the Elite microblading online academy you agree to these Terms and Condition. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot use the site.
Student understands and agrees that online trainings consists of different chapters and levels and there are some tests, individual practice in order to proceed to the next chapter/ level before successfully completing the previous level. If student doesn’t pass the test, she/ he is not allowed to read the next chapters. Student has 6 months period to get a certificate. After 6 months, the access to online module is closed and student will be not able to apply for certification after 6 months.
Whilst we make every effort to keep changes to the site to a minimum, we reserve the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes affecting our business, including, but not limited to, changes in technology, payment methods and legal and regulatory requirements. By continuing to use this site you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Students of Specialist Program are allowed to repeat their training free of charge using the Elite microblading academy 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Any student, who wishes to repeat the Specialist Program course, must complete the online training module within 6 months from the day of the attended Specialist Program course. All steps, assigments and tests of the online course must be completed within this time period.
Students, who wish to apply for the free course must register for a new class within 7 days from the completion of the online module. The tuition for the retake training will be waved (free of charge). However, students will be responsible for providing their own models and will not receive a new microblading kit.
Students interested that fail to register for their retake class within the 7 day limit, will be allowed to re-apply within 12 months of their original training for an additional 1000 GBP. This will grant them access to a retake class, as well as a new microblading kit.
The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will completely expire after a year from the original training.
Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products; however we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the elitebeautyacademy.com website are error-free. From time to time there may be information on the elitebeautyacademy.comwebsite that is in error, including with respect to descriptions, pricing and availability. Elite microblading academy reserves the right to correct those errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Behavior
Elite academy reserves the right to remove any student from a training course whose behavior is deemed inappropriate by the Elite academy or its trainers. In these circumstances, the Elite academy will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs. The student has to be punctual according to trainings time. Student has to be fully committed to completing and gaining Elite academy training. If there are any reasons why student may not be able learnt sufficiently, she/he must inform Elite academy in advance. Student has to make an effort to perform well during the class and after. Let Elite academy team know of any health condition which could affect your ability to participate in the course. In the case you are not willing to participate fully in the course Elite academy reserves the right to withhold the certificate of completion. Make an effort to represent Elite academy in reputable manner. Student is responsible for his/her own training, transportation and accommodation.
Dispute Resolution
Except as expressly described in the Terms and Conditions, you agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Specialist Program through friendly negotiations. If the matter is not resolved, the Parties agree that the courts of Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction to rule and decide on any dispute and claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia.
